It is an honor to be a REALTOR with one of the top Coldwell Banker offices in the Sacramento/Tahoe area. Whether you want to sell your current home, buy a new home, or are interested in an investment property, I can help you. My Extensive training has been focused on helping YOU find the home that was meant for you. I have earned the Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation by the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR) by successfully completing comprehensive courses in buyer representation and understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
Raised in the foothills and having lived in and around Sacramento since 1977, I know the local real estate market and tour new homes each week. Buying or selling real estate is one of the most important transactions of our lives. Let me help your family throughout this process, providing step by step communication along the way. In a sales management/customer relations career that spans more than 25 years, honest communication and attention to detail are my greatest strengths and your most powerful resource.
When I'm not working for my clients, I enjoy traveling, socializing, playing golf, and woodworking. I wouldn't be where I am today without the love and support from my family - my wife of over 25 years, my two sons, and daughter.

"When it comes to real estate, Mark Anderson is a gem! He has a very kind demeanor, knows his stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, etc. We felt so comfortable with Mark, who always greeted us with a smile. He was great about making appointments immediately, he always got back to us, and his advice was incredibly useful. We never felt that he was just trying to sell us a house, but that he was there to answer our questions and help us make the best decision for our family. We consider Mark a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone who is searching for a new home." - The Burgermyer's, Happy New Homeowners
"Working with Mark was an absolute pleasure from the beginning. He took the time to fully understand all of our needs before ever sending us a single listing. He attended every meeting with my loan agent, title company, and signing, and even packed snacks for my pregnant wife as we started our search! As we looked at houses, he was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, and about the features and benefits of each home. We looked for about a month until we found our perfect home. At no time did we feel any pressure to make a decision, as we knew Mark was not motivated by a commission, but rather by his desire to see us in the right place. Mark has also been present after we purchased our house. He's helped with several small things as we moved in, and has gone above and beyond his call of duty. He's the definition of a true professional, and I would be happy to refer him to anyone looking to buy their next home. Thanks for everything, Mark! We had a great experience with you." - The Horton's
